Consultancy
Each product category has its own circular life cycle with unique stakeholder interests in a chain.
Circospin Consultancy maps this playing field of value transition and helps to transform value structure into a unique surplus of value creation.
Together we focus primarily on the issues of re-use, repair, refurbish, remanufacture and repurpose. This includes the impact on brand strategy, ownership, product liability, distribution channel and commerce.

Media
The transition to the circular economy will make us look differently at how we live and work. This means more conscious and smarter use of raw materials and products, but also tailoring business processes and the revenue model accordingly.
