Social Return On Investment (SROI) is the creation of employment opportunities for people distant from the labor market. To this end, we cooperate with labor and human development companies that house gathering, sorting and rework activities.

In doing so, we also support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8 and 10 established by the United Nations. Goal 8 stands for the promotion of sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. While Goal 10 seeks to reduce inequality within and between countries.

In addition and at least as important is the education and training of these people, to bring them into mainstream society as much as possible. With the acute shortage of skilled workers, a win win situation.
